I bought diamond membership only to reach 10000 friends, I guess friendship requests from premium users are more favourable to be accepted 
More than half a year everything worked perfect, I sent hundreds of friends request each day, hundreds time per day opened chess.com to see how many people excepted my requests 
But at the beginning of June I couldn't send new requests as it was said that there is a limit of only 10 requests 
Previously it was always said about limitation of 20 pending requests although somehow after becoming premium user I could send request limitlessly
By some reasons chess.com  decided not tolerate friendship anymore. I wrote to support and they said that it was done in order members not misuse friends request feature
And they even didn't make any benefit for premium users, at least 20 requests or so. Therefore my membership now is completely useless.
So, chess.com is constantly degradate. Previously they decreased available puzzles from 5 as have aboriginal users to 3 for new-comers. Obviously in order new-comers not misuse puzzle solving 😂
I did a mistake when bought membership for whole year. I didn't think that the rules might be changed during a pre-paid period.
I didn't paid for 10 friend requests only and I will never buy membership in future if nothing changes, concerning benefit in sending friends requests.
I almost don't use available premium features, I'd better exchange it for opportunity to send more friends requests instead of that. Also I'd buy opportunity to send more friends requests if it become available.
With only 10 friends request this source is dead and I'm going to leave it if nothing changes.
